We have a simple booking process. Fill out the form on our contact page with your requirements including venue location, date and time of event and we promise to provide you with a no-obligation quote within 24 hours. We love speaking with our customers, so alternatively feel free to call us any time to discuss your event over the phone.
A $250.00 deposit will be required at time of booking. This will help us secure your event date meaning we will not accept any other bookings to conflict with your proposed event. The final balance will be due no later than 7 days to your event.
Once your event booking has been confirmed, we will arrange as many meetings as required (in person, over the telephone or email) to ensure we do not miss out anything from your desired playlist. As music experts we can also help you with thousands of recommendations from the greatest tunes of all time.
In the lead up to your special event, we lease with the venue to ensure we do not face any last minute surprises. We visit the venue to have a look so we can picture what the night will look like and to also learn about their requirements ensuring a smooth event.
